• Major Nearside Front Tyre has a cut in excess of the requirements deep enough to reach the ply or cords (4.1.D.1a)
• Major Offside Front Tyre tread depth below requirements of 1.6mm (4.1.E.1)
• Major Rear Tyre(s) incorrect because different size tyres are fitted on the same axle. (4.1.A.1a)
• Major Front Tyre(s) incorrect because different size tyres are fitted on the same axle. (4.1.A.1a)
